Sometimes I feel so happy, then suddenly it comes to bad when my mood going down. I don't know why, but it just happened for no reason. Sometimes, when I read 'a sentence' on my social network account that I think it's bad, my mood instantly going down even though that 'sentence' was not for me and not too painful.
But what am I supposed to do to turning my mood back?

Shopping or just window shopping (poor me).
Going to a caffee, alone, order a cup of cappucino.
