Entering the First Decade, "one of the hottest carnival in the world" Jember Fashion Carnaval will be held on July 24, 2011. Thousands of photographers and national and foreign media to cover this event will be present with the witness of hundred thousand spectators who packed the area along the 3.6 km runway carnival in Jember, East Java, Indonesia. The design of Dynand Fariz - JFC who won International Awards as Runner up 1 category of Best National Costume at the event Men Hunt International 2011 in Taiwan, and The Winners in the event of Mister International 2011 in Jakarta as well as in Mister Universe Model Peagent 2011 in the Dominican Republic will also appear in JFC this year. Live Performing Arts JFC marching bands and carnival participants with the costume, accessories and unique, amazing, and fantastic makeup, spectacular music and choreography as well as the illustrations are beautifully presented in 10 best procession starting from the best procession of JFC I to JFC IX, with the main theme of "Eyes On Triumph ".

More than 650 participants were run-way fashion and dance, in the main street of the town of Jember witnessed by hundreds thousand spectators on either side of the street from Central Park up to the Sport Hall of Jember.

The participants design, fabricate, and demonstrate their own costume as well as makeup and hair style which shown. Before that, all the participants who come from various backgrounds of age, education and social status to have in house training of fashion design, fashion runway, dance, presenter, singer, makeup and hair styling for free.
